We do accept Purchase Orders from institutions, schools & daycare centers. All purchase orders should be faxed to (831) 477-7778 Attn: Kids Ink, Customer Service Department.
Once received, our Customer Service Department will send an invoice via mail or fax. Once payment is received, product will be shipped.

SHIPPING & RATES: LIMITED TIME ONLY- Free Shipping on ALL Items Storewide! All orders through Kids Ink ship via UPS, Fed Ex or Ground Freight depending on weight & size of item. We reserve the right to change our shipping rates higher or lower at any time due to the carriers rates & gas prices. We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 US states at this time. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,APO addresses. If you have any questions regarding shipping you can e-mail us at Questions. If you purchase more than one item from Kids Ink, please note that these items may come from different manufacturers and thus be delivered from two different locations at possibly two seperate times. A majority of our items are drop shipped so we can give our customers lower prices.
All of our manufacturers differ in shipping delivery times. Please check the products descriptions for estimated shipping arrival dates. The following list is a helpful indicator for some of our drop ship manufacturers:

SALES TAX: A 8.25% sales tax is applicable to all orders being shipped & delivered to the state of California. There are no sales taxes applied to orders shipped to Non-Californian addresses.
STORE HOURS: Our on-line store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your shopping convenience. Our highly trained customer service representatives are here to serve you during our regular store business hours:

During these hours you may contact us via e-mail & one of our customer service representatives will reply within 2 hours. If we are contacted via e-mail after store hours, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
WARRANTY POLICY: Our products are backed by original manufacturer's standard warranties. Each product will come packaged with all the manufacturer's waranty statements and warranty service instructions. Any products being claimed as originally damaged or defected are subject to the manufacturer's repair and/or replacement policy.
RETURN POLICY: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Kids Ink. Prior to making any purchases we suggest that you ask any questions you might have regarding your order or item interested in. Within 30 days, in the event that you are dissadisfied with the product purchased, you may return it to us for a refund (less all shipping & handling fees and a 30% manufacturer restocking fee). If your product was discovered to be damaged and/ or defective, please follow the manufacturer's return & replacement policy instructions. If the product(s) is/are damaged during freight, you should not accept it and report the damage to the freight courier for proper returns.
All returns must be in original packaging and include all originally packaged items. Before returns will be accepted, please write orders@kidsinkstore.com for a Return Authorization code Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
ORDER CHANGES: Kids Ink will make every attempt to cancel or change an order already placed at your request. However, if you order has already been processed for shipping, you will incur the same return shipping fees as stated above and a 30% restocking fee. Our shipping and handling fee is also Non-Refundable.
TERMS OF SALE: Kids Ink makes every effort to present accurate information on our site. However, due to constant changes in descriptions, images, pricing & availability some products are subject to correction or change without notice. You may verify product information by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives at info@kidsinkstore.com. A binding contract for the sale of goods concerned does not exist until items are physically shipped and the customers credit card is debited. If an honest mistake is made by Kids Ink, we will contact you and will not be responsible for keeping the sale in place. We have the right to refuse any sale.
